NVIDIA GPU Tech Conference Live Chat Series Features Top Experts

NVIDIA has kicked off a GPU Technology Conference (GTC) pre-show Live Chat series on the NVIDIA blog where we're hosting high-profile GPU technology personalities, and inviting readers to chat and ask any of their burning questions.

Each Live Chat is only 30 minutes and open to the public. This is a great opportunity for your readers to get some virtual one-on-one time with the industry's top GPU scientists, researchers and developers.

Our first guest is Ian Buck, inventor of the Brook project and CUDA. He's currently Software Director of GPU Computing at NVIDIA. Ian's talk at GTC last year, From Brook to CUDA, highlighted a perspective on how GPU computing has evolved and what the current innovations are in GPU technology. During his Live Chat, Ian will give a preview of his GTC talk and will be taking questions about the future of CUDA and GPU computing.

We'd love to have your readers participate in the chat. It's taking place Tuesday, July 13, 2010, at 11am PDT on the NVIDIA blog. If you want to invite them, please share the link below: https://blogs.nvidia.com/ntersect/live-chat

Just a quick reminder that the GPU Technology Conference (GTC) is only 11 weeks away. Presenters include scientific computing authority Hanspeter Pfister from Harvard University and computer graphics pioneer Pat Hanrahan from Stanford University. You'll also hear from companies such as Agilent Technologies, Chevron, Dolby Laboratories, Lockheed Martin Solar & Astrophysics Laboratory, Mozilla and more.
