NVIDIA ForceWare 258.96 WHQL Driver Released

Coinciding with today's GeForce GTX 460 release is the arrival of new graphics drivers for all desktop and notebook GeForce/ION GPUs on Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP operating systems. The new 258.96 WHQL-candidate drivers add support for the GeForce GTX 460 GPU and incorporate a number of performance improvements in titles such as Metro 2033, Crysis Warhead, Stalker: Call of Pripyat, and Aliens vs Predator.

The 258.96 driver also includes support for 3D Vision Surround - the world's first and only stereoscopic 3D solution that spans across 3 displays.
