The ASUS P6X58D Premium motherboard is the first motherboard officially certified by the USB Implementation Forum (USB-IF) to support USB 3.0 technology. Based on its superior design and performance, the P6X58D Premium was officially recognized for achieving USB 3.0 or SuperSpeed USB compliance on January 5, 2010. This makes it the first in the industry to receive USB 3.0 certification.
