ASUS F1A75-I Deluxe Mini-ITX Motherboard Debuts

The Next ‘Small' Thing

The F1A75 series motherboards now have a new Mini-ITX addition to its lineup; enabling superior graphics performance in the smallest form factor. With the on-board graphics capability of an AMD Radeon 6000 GPU, the F1A75-I Deluxe can redefine the perception of Mini-ITX computing capabilities. Combined with ASUS' exclusive features, this motherboard represents one more step that ASUS is taking to ensure its world-class engineering and design are represented across all form factors.

Not just for HTPC
Traditionally, Mini-ITX motherboards have been known to be primarily Home Theater PC platforms. However, with AMD Accelerated Processing Unit's powerful AMD Radeon 6000 integrated graphics, a PC based on the F1A75-I Deluxe is potentially capable of outperforming desktop towers more than twice or three times its size. The F1A75-I Deluxe can be used for anything from content creation, multimedia, gaming, and more, thanks to high-end graphics processing power.

Everything on-board
The F1A75-I Deluxe also has on-board 802.11n, Bluetooth, a gigabit LAN port, and one PCIe 2.0 x16 slot for a discrete graphics card to even further push the graphics capabilities of the F1A75-I DLX platform. It even ships with a wireless USB remote control with a full keyboard on its backside. With all the on-board features, this motherboard will require fewer components to make a working system.

Mini-ITX Focus Models
ASUS is pushing its Mini-ITX solutions, to make them deliver the same value and features as their ATX and uATX cousins. While the Mini-ITX boards are small in size, they do not lack for key features. As the HTPC market grows, customers are looking for motherboards that can do everything that ATX and uATX can do, but in a smaller chassis. Mini-ITX systems can fit into small dorm rooms or studio apartments, providing power comparable to and in some cases superior to ATX and uATX systems.
