OCZ Technology Group, Inc. Trades Public Shares on NASDAQ Stock Market
NASDAQ Stock Exchange Trades Share Under OCZ TickerOn 23 April 2010, OCZ Technology Group, Inc. stopped trading shares on the OTC Bulletin Board and began trading on the United States NASDAQ stock exchange (NASDAQ:OCZ) with an opening price of $4.70 per share. OCZ Technology Group, Inc. first announced that $15.4-million had been raised with Institutional Investors through Private Transactions, which enabled them to list stock on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) using symbol OCZT. Company stock share value steadily declined from $6.25 per share on 10 February 2010, until the OTC Bulletin Board stopped trading OCZT on 22 April 2010 with a final value of $4.50. Since the initial public debut, NASDAQ:OCZ share prices have declined to $4.05 per share as of 03 May 2010. During the first week of public trading on the NASDAQ stock exchange, Ryan Petersen, OCZ's Chief Executive Officer, sold nearly $17,000 of personal stock as disclosed by insider trading reports.
