With this 1080p vehicle recorder, drivers are able to protect themselves with reliable evidence in the case of any unforeseen accident. The lens of the DVR-FHD560 has a wide 128° viewing angle so to capture the whole road. The special design of this lens allows it to rotate 180°, so drivers can easily record traffic on either side of the vehicle. The DVR-FHD560 even records well at night with its low light enhancement sensor. The recording can be either be viewed in real-time or later in playback mode on the 2.4" LCD screen. The LCD screen rotates 270° so that drivers can view videos from almost every angle. The Genius DVR-FHD560 is easily mounted to the front windshield with the included adjustable mounting unit. By taking off the mount, the DVR-FHD560 can be used as a digital video recorder to capture videos of family and friends. SD and SDHC cards up to 32GB in capacity are supported and there is also a HDMI interface. The 600 mAh Li-ion battery means the DVR-FHD560 can record a long time without needing a recharge. However, when it does run out of power this vehicle recorder can easily plugged into the cigarette lighter in the car using the included power adapter. The DVR-FHD560 also comes with a USB cable for transfering data to your computer or charging at home. The DVR-FHD560 is now available in the US and Canada for the suggested retail price of US$149.
