Secondly, EWS800 doesn't get fragmented and plunge its performance even under heavy fragmentation.

It is important to keep its steady and predictable performance to the users. Especially, if the user operates under the OS which does not support recovery commands such as ‘Trim.' In data storage markets, most of operating system doesn't accommodate ‘Trim' command like Window 7. EWS800 stays its initial performance under any workload stresses, which is very beneficial to system manager in data center world and non-Window7 operating system users.

Thirdly, EWS800 gives maximum system responsiveness to the user. EWS800 delivers this by prioritizing read operations over writes. Giving read a priority can be important when there is a long queue of writes. Most of OS do writes in the backgrounds and these backgrounds writes sometimes blocks reads. This is why a user sometimes experiences sluggish responsiveness of system. High random write performance can help not to block the reads but that doesn't mean they always guarantee the best responsiveness of the systems. Some of SSDs in the market, which characterizes itself with very high random write speed, fails to release reads while executing several queues of write.

This trait is not measured in benchmarks. As a result, not many of people are aware of this. However, this is the core benefit of SSD. EWS800 always priorities read over write for better user experience. EWS800 delivers this core and bring it to the highest level of it.

Last, but not the least. EWS800 comes with SATA-IO and Window7 Logo certified test. We test compatibility with most of major RAID card products, SATA to USB3.0 Bridges, SAS bridges and south bridge chips for market readiness.

EWS800 will be out with evaluation boards in this early July. We will provide reference design files; Schematic files, BOM list, PCB Cad File, Gerber files, PCB Stack-up Drawing, SMD Location, CAM, Component layout files in order for our customers easily manufacture our design.
