ASUS today launched the M4A89GTD PRO Series motherboard that delivers added core processing power by enabling the instant unlocking in several AMD CPUs*. Equipped with an exclusive Core Unlocker feature, the M4A89GTD PRO Series allows users to enjoy an instant performance boost by simply turning on a switch on the motherboard. Doing so activates latent AMD CPU cores in certain processors and can potentially turn a dual-core CPU into a triple- or quad-core for improved performance.
