The Predator GT SSD is blistering fast 3Gbps SATA-II storage product that is 100% interchangeable with standard SATA-II hard disk drives (HDDs). The GT offers substantially faster performance than HDDs, which is most noticeable in bootup speed, application load times and shutdown time. The GT also resists shock and vibration far better than HDDs. The GT is so power efficient that is uses only about 0.5 watts of power while reading, which translates to less fan noise and extended battery life in laptops. Our included Flex-fit bracket allows you to mount the GT in either a 2.5-inch laptop opening or a 3.5-inch desktop drive bay. This SSD is ideal as a boot drive for high performance laptops and desktops alike.
