Bell South has six listing here, but Florida Cellular Service might require that you contact them directly for their SMTP domain address.

I tried to send an SMS as email to 079xxxxxxx(number)@b luewin.ch but no message was received. Should I use the country code 004179xxxxx ? Or just 79xxxx ? Please let me know

That's a good question. It should just be the phone number, since you're sending to a domain (and not phone). Of course, bluewin.ch might not even be the correct domain. Let us know!
